Job Description

  • Tư vấn cho khách hàng qua điện thoại về thẻ tín dụng/vay của Ngân hàng UOB (telesale)
  • Giải đáp thắc mắc giúp khách hàng hiểu rõ hơn về sản phẩm
  • Thuyết phục và hỗ trợ khách hàng mở thẻ/vay
  • Hỗ trợ khách hàng hoàn tất thủ tục hồ sơ online
  • Không gặp khách hàng trực tiếp - Không đi thị trường (Sẽ có bộ phận khác phụ trách thu nhận hồ sơ của khách hàng)
  • Có hỗ trợ cung cấp data
  • Được đào tạo về sản phẩm, quy trình, nghiệp vụ khi chưa có kinh nghiệm

Job Requirement

  • Độ tuổi 18 - 28
  • Trình độ THPT
  • Giọng nói rõ ràng, dễ nghe
  • Yêu thích và có định hướng lâu dài với công việc
  • Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm
  • Chấp nhận sinh viên đang chờ bằng
