Job Description

  • Giám sát, triển khai, cài đặt hệ thống thiết bị, router, switch, firewall fortinet
  • Xây dựng Giải pháp kết nối, hạ tầng mạng, hạ tầng công nghệ để phục vụ cho việc triển khai các dự án cung cấp dịch vụ Contact center của Công ty cho khách hàng.
  • Vận hành, đảm bảo hoạt động của mạng LAN/WAN
  • Quản lý việc phân bổ và sử dụng tài nguyên mạng, địa chỉ IP, VLAN ... để tối ưu hóa hoạt động mạng.
  • Quản lý tool và thiết bị Switch/Router/Fiwall
  • Nghiên cứu phát triển, áp dụng công nghệ bảo mật, ATTT vào hệ thống tại công ty
  • Quản trị và giám sát hoạt động hệ thống ( Phần cứng, Router, Thiêt bị, Hệ thống máy ảo)
  • Rà soát UPS hằng tháng. Kiểm tra phòng server hàng ngày
  • Hỗ trợ công việc của Support

Job Requirement

- Có tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương hoặc có kinh nghiệm tổ chức, quản lý vận hành Hệ thống kỹ thuật đảm bảo duy trì hoạt động 24/7.

- Kinh nghiệm về triển khai, quản lý, vận hành hệ thống mạng, hệ thống bảo mật quy mô 200 user trở lên.

- Có kinh nghiệm hỗ trợ TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS... Windows và tường lửa.
