Job Description

1. Mô tả công việc:

  • Tiếp nhận cuộc gọi tư vấn, hỗ trợ giải đáp thông tin khi KH sử dụng dịch vụ truyền hình của Đài K+
  • Thực hiện cuộc gọi ra khảo sát nhu cầu sử dụng dịch vụ của KH
  • KHÔNG SALE! KHÔNG ÁP DOANH THU, DOANH SỐ

2. Địa điểm: Tầng 3, tòa nhà Trung Yên 1, số 1A Vũ Phạm Hàm, Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội.

 

3. Thời gian làm việc:

* Fulltime: Xoay ca luân phiên, tuần nghỉ ngày bất kì

  • Ca 1: 6h - 15h
  • Ca 2: 7h - 16h
  • Ca 3: 8h - 17h
  • Ca 4: 9h - 18h
  • Ca 5: 11h - 20h
  • Ca 6: 13h - 22h

* Parttime: Tuần nghỉ 1 buổi bất kỳ

  • Ca: 18h - 22h

4. Quyền lợi:

  • Fulltime: 7.000.000vnd - 9.000.000vnd
  • Parttime: 3.000.000vnd - 4.000.000vnđ
  • Đào tạo hoàn toàn miễn phí, hỗ trợ phí khi tham gia đào tạo
  • Cung cấp toàn bộ trang thiết bị làm việc
  • Hưởng đầy đủ chế độ lễ tết, lương thưởng, BHYT, BHXH.
  • Hỗ trợ dấu thực tập cho sinh viên nếu cần

Job Requirement

Yêu cầu: 

  • Tốt nghiệp từ THPT trở lên
  • Giao tiếp nhanh nhẹn, không nói ngọng, nói lắp, âm hưởng địa phương
  • Cầu thị, ham học hỏi, CHƯA CÓ KINH NGHIỆM SẼ ĐƯỢC ĐÀO TẠO.
