Job Description

-

  • CÔNG VIỆC CỤ THỂ:
    • Tiếp nhận thông tin, Tư vấn Thu thập thông tin nhu cầu của khách hàng và trả lời những thắc mắc từ khách hàng.
    • Trực line 198 tư vấn gói cước Viettel: 3G, chặn cuộc gọi, cuộc gọi nhớ...
    • Không chạy ngoài, không áp lực doanh số, không data bán hàng, ngồi văn phòng máy lạnh.
     

  • - Giờ làm việc theo ca xoay ca, hoặc cố định với ca chiều tối. Xoay ca hoặc cố định (8 tiếng/ca), mỗi ngày 1 ca, 1 ngày nghỉ/ tuần

    Ca 1: 06h30-14h30ca xoay

    Ca 2: 14h30-22h30ca cố định

    Ca 3: 22h00-07h00ca xoay

Job Requirement

- Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm.

- Nam/ nữ, Độ tuổi từ 18-35 tuổi.

- Tốt nghiệp Trung Cấp, Cao Đẳng, Đại Học tất cả các chuyên ngành

- Có khả năng gõ văn bản cơ bản.

- Không nói ngọng, không nói lắp, không nói giọng địa phương
