Job Description

  • Receive and handle emails and in-app messages from customers regarding service policy issues, including promotional programs, arising incidents, etc. Respond accordingly based on provided guidelines.
  • Forward complaints or complex cases to the relevant department or higher authority for resolution.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Intermediate level or higher.
  • Proficient in typing and office software.
  • Willing to work night shifts.
  • Responsible and team-oriented.

BENEFITS:

  • Base salary: 8 million VND + KPI bonus up to 1.5 million VND + Bonus.  
  • Probation: 2 months (85% salary).
  • Work equipment provided.

  • Promotion opportunities after 6 months (or sooner based on performance).

Working Hours:

Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, with 1 day off per week.

  • Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (90-minute break)
  • Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (60-minute break)
  • Shift 3: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (60-minute break) – Allowance: 130K VND/shift
