Job Description

  • Gọi điện thoại để tiếp cận và chăm sóc khách hàng hiện có.
  • Tìm kiếm và tiếp cận các khách hàng mới thông qua cuộc gọi điện thoại.
  • Giải đáp thắc mắc của khách hàng về sản phẩm thẻ tín dụng và khoản vay của ngân hàng
  • Theo dõi thông tin hồ sơ khách hàng trên hệ thống

Quyền Lợi

  • Không trải qua giai đoạn thử việc, nhận 100% lương.
  • THU NHẬP TỪ 9 - 40 TRIỆU/THÁNG TRỞ LÊN
  • Lương cơ bản từ 4.960.000 - 12.000.000 + hoa hồng + thưởng + contest
  • Lương cơ bản + hoa hồng ( tăng theo level )
  • Xây dựng lộ trình thăng tiến rõ ràng cho các bạn có năng lực ( Teamlead, Sales Trainer, QA, ....)
  • Các khoản thưởng hấp dẫn từ dự án ( thưởng tháng, quý, best seller), giấy khen hàng tháng,..
  • Tham gia BHXH đầy đủ khi kí HĐLĐ

Job Requirement

  • Tốt nghiệp từ  Trung cấp, cao đẳng trở lên 
  • Không cần kinh nghiệm được đào tạo theo lộ trình khi vào làm
  • Độ tuổi từ 19 - 26 tuổi
  • Môi trường gen Z, thoải mái, không gò bó.
