Job Description

CÔNG VIỆC CỤ THỂ:

  • Tiếp nhận cuộc gọi từ khách hàng gọi vào.
  • Tư vấn, thu thập thông tin nhu cầu của khách hàng và trả lời những thắc mắc từ khách hàng.
  • Trực line 198 tư vấn gói cước Viettel: 3G, 4G chặn cuộc gọi, cuộc gọi nhỡ...
  • KHÔNG chạy ngoài, KHÔNG áp lực doanh số, KHÔNG data bán hàng, ngồi văn phòng máy lạnh.
     

Job Requirement

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:

  • Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm.
  • Nam/ nữ, Độ tuổi từ 20-35 tuổi.
  • Tốt nghiệp Trung Cấp, Cao Đẳng, Đại Học (KHÔNG YÊU CẦU chuyên ngành, chấp nhận sinh viên đang chờ bằng).
  • Có khả năng tin học văn phòng cơ bản (Gõ Word).
  • Không nói ngọng, không nói lắp, không nói giọng địa phương.
