Job Description

  • Gọi ra cho khách hàng theo data có sẵn (khảo sát khách hàng, không doanh thu, doanh số)
  • Gọi lại hỗ trợ, hỏi thăm vì sao khách không đăng ký được trên hệ thống
  • Làm việc tại văn phòng công ty
  • Tiếp nhận cuộc gọi đến của khách hàng (100% Mỹ) để giải đáp cho khách hàng  trong quá trình đang sử dụng dịch vụ, sản phẩm thông qua kênh: Call inbound

Job Requirement

  • Nam/Nữ từ 18 – 35 tuổi
  • Tốt nghiệp THPT trở lên
  • Ưu tiên từng làm mảng dịch vụ khách hàng là một lợi thế.
  • KHÔNG yêu cầu kinh nghiệm và KHÔNG yêu cầu học đúng chuyên ngành
  • Kỹ năng cần thiết:
    +     Giọng nói không bị lỗi, giao tiếp tốt Tiếng Anh +  Sử dụng tin học văn phòng cơ bản.
