Job Description

 

  • Tiếp nhận cuộc gọi đến từ khách hàng của Viettel Money, hỗ trợ giải đáp mọi thắc mắc về các dịch vụ tài chính số.
  • Hướng dẫn khách hàng cách tải ứng dụng Viettel Money và sử dụng các tiện ích như chuyển tiền, nạp thẻ trực tuyến, giao dịch ngay trên ứng dụng.
  • Không yêu cầu bán hàng, không áp doanh số – công việc đơn giản, tập trung vào sự hỗ trợ và chăm sóc khách hàng tận tâm.

Job Requirement

Tốt nghiệp Trung Cấp trở lên, chấp nhận sinh viên trái ngành hoặc đang chờ bằng

Giao tiếp nhanh nhẹn, không nói ngọng, nói lắp

Cầu tiến, ham học hỏi

Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm, được đào tạo từ A - Z
