Job Description

  • Lên kế hoạch đào tạo, đánh giá cho nhân viên mới.
  • Cập nhật các thông tin, quy trình đào tạo cho nhân viên mới và nhân viên hiện tại.
  • Đảm bảo hoàn thành các chỉ số của khoá học như: tỉ lệ nghỉ việc trong đào tạo, tỉ lệ hoàn thành khoá học và tỉ lệ đậu cuối khoá.
  • Phối hợp với Team Leader và QA về kế hoạch đào tạo theo yêu cầu.
  • Cập nhật tài liệu đào tạo và đảm bảo các nhân viên được đào tạo tốt, cập nhật kiến ​​thức và thông tin.
  • Báo cáo kết quả công việc cho cấp quản lý.

Job Requirement

  • Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm trainer, teamleader hoặc QA ( nhưng QA phải có kĩ năng đứng lớp, soạn bài giảng)
  • Kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực telesale, Cskh, ....
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp, biên soạn nội dung đào tạo tốt.
  • Kỹ năng đào tạo, thuyết trình tốt.
  • Kỹ năng đứng lớp, sử dụng AI cơ bản
