Job Description

  • Tham gia xây dựng kế hoạch tuyển dụng hàng tháng.
  • Tiến hành công tác làm nguồn trên các kênh online và offline.
  • Tiếp đón ứng viên, truyền thông và phỏng vấn, đánh giá sau phỏng vấn.
  • Tương tác và đánh giá ứng viên, chuyển ứng viên phù hợp cho khối dự án.
  • Phối hợp cùng phòng đào tạo, hành chính... hỗ trợ nhân sự mới nhận việc.
    Địa điểm làm việc: 1129/12/20 Lạc Long Quân, phường 11, Tân Bình, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh - Hồ Chí Minh

Job Requirement

+ Sinh viên có định hướng theo mảng Tuyển dụng

+ Sinh viên năm 3,4 không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm

+ Sử dụng được tin học cơ bản, có khả năng giao tiếp.
+ Chịu được áp lực công việc, chịu khó, ham học hỏi.
+ Giao tiếp khéo léo, nắm bắt tâm lý nhân sự tốt.
